All the food and drink served at our Alive In Us workshops and the community party is inspired by the women who were part of this project. As we listened back through the sound recordings, we re-discovered snippets of food memories and stories shared during our community workshops that connected us to herbs, flowers and other produce of the land. We are sharing the recipes we created back into the community to continue the stories, the laughter, the reminiscences and the joy we feel so privileged to have shared.
